2. Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #134: First Appearance of Darkseid
With the onset of the Avengers movie, DC started to make their move to counter the Marvel resurgence. With the upcoming Man of Steel movie (showing on July 2013?) DC seems to be preparing for the coming of the Justice League.... and who better to fill the shoes of the biggest baddest DC baddie other than the Titan form Apokolyps - Darkseid. I have my apprehensions though, Darkseid looks so much like Thanos, that it might make a Justice Leabue movie look more like an Avengers movie rehash.... what are your thoughts?
3. The New Teen Titans #2 : (signed by artist George Perez) first appearance of Deathstroke the Terminator
With the on-going series Arrow, Mr. Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke the Terminator is becoming an instant hit.
4. Swamp Thing #37: first appearance of John Constantine
This rare item showcases the first appearance of our favourite cigarette chugging, narcissistic, egotistic, and over-all asshole demonologist John Constantine. I was lucky to have stumbled upon this very beautiful little gem and in very high grade condition too.
5. Uncanny X-Men #266: first appearance of Gambit
Although the ragin's Cajun had his first cameo appearnce in X-Men Annual #14, it is in this issue he first broke out.
